CASE STUDIES
Law enforcement uniform/equipment creates muscle and breathing constrictions on individuals. This results in pain, which in turn impairs performance and influences interactions with others.
A program developed by Andrea Pollock, Licensed Deep Tissue Massage Therapist with 35+ years experience, practices the use of body movement with anatomical science. Her results have helped to alleviate pain, discomfort, and other consequences associate with wearing law enforcement duty gear through breathing, exercises while in and out of vehicle and prescribed stretches pre and post shift.
